gh555 Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with Us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gh555 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gh555 ("gh555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gh555 website at gh555.club and all associated services, games, promotions and features available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account on the gh555 platform, accessing the Services, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gh555 Services.

Eligibility
Who May Register and Use gh555
Access to and use of the gh555 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. gh555 reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be in violation.
- Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. gh555 strictly enforces this age restriction. If you are under 21 years of age, you are prohibited from accessing gh555 and must close any Account immediately.
- One Account Per PersonEach Player may hold only one Account on the gh555 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated Balance and Bonuses.
- Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your Account and must update that information promptly if it changes. gh555 may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.
- JurisdictionYou are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the gh555 Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. gh555 does not represent or warrant that the Services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction. You must comply with all applicable local laws.
Registration & Security
Account Registration and Password Security
Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as your Account identifier. gh555 will send a one-time verification code to this number during registration. The following terms apply to your Account at all times:
- Password ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. gh555 will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility.
- Suspicious ActivityYou must notify gh555 immediately via live support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your Account credentials have been compromised in any way.
- KYC Verificationgh555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Account holder at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
- Account Closuregh555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice if there is a reasonable belief that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a money laundering risk.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All transactions on the gh555 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gh555 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions. The following payment terms apply to all Accounts:
- Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
- Deposit ProcessingDeposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly upon confirmation. Rocket deposits are processed within one hour. Card deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Account Balance.
- Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. Real-money funds that have not been subject to a Bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC verification. gh555 reserves the right to process withdrawals in multiple tranches if the requested amount exceeds daily processing limits.
- Withdrawal Processing Timegh555 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may be affected by factors outside gh555's control including payment processor delays and network outages.
- Own Funds OnlyYou must only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. gh555 may require proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Bonuses
Bonus and Promotion Terms
gh555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general bonus terms which apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. gh555 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse is suspected.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
Expiry
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
Bonus Abuse
gh555 reserves the right to void any bonus, confiscate associated winnings and close an Account where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion.
gh555 may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus offer is modified after a Player has already opted in, gh555 will honour the terms that were in effect at the time of the Player's opt-in, provided those terms are still verifiable.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden on gh555
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:
- Fraud & MisrepresentationUsing false, stolen or fabricated identity information; providing fraudulent payment details; misrepresenting your age, identity or location when registering or using the gh555 Services.
- Money LaunderingUsing gh555 in any way to launder funds derived from criminal activity; making deposits with no genuine intention to wager, with the sole purpose of withdrawing funds through a different payment channel.
- Technical ExploitationExploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or automated software to interact with the gh555 platform in a manner not authorised by gh555.
- CollusionColluding with other Players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes; sharing account access to enable another person to bet on your behalf; participating in any syndicated scheme designed to circumvent gh555 platform rules.
Responsible Gaming
Age Restriction and Responsible Gaming Obligations
gh555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players are required to engage with the platform responsibly and are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings at all times.
Responsible gaming tools available to all gh555 Account holders include: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Liability & Law
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gh555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gh555 Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
gh555 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. gh555 makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Services. Where jurisdictional limitations prevent full exclusion of liability, gh555's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Force Majeuregh555 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond gh555's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or payment processor outages.
- Intellectual PropertyAll content on the gh555 platform — including software, graphics, trademarks, game assets, text and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of gh555 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
- SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
gh555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gh555 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the gh555 Services following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
